The Role

A specialized litigation seat for someone who likes to think their way through a file, not just process it. Working from a strong set of precedents, you will take matters from intake all the way to a filed and served claim, customizing each one to the facts in front of you. It is independent, high-volume work with real ownership.

This is a specialized litigation role rather than a general administrative one. You will be the person who takes a file from intake materials to a filed and served Statement of Claim, with training and support available from the firm's broader national litigation team.

The firm handles a wide range of claims so the ability to adapt drafting to different fact patterns is central to the role.
