We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to manage a litigation caseload from intake through resolution. This is a hands-on role with real ownership of files, meaningful courtroom exposure, and a clear path for professional growth within a collaborative and supportive team.

What You'll Do

• Review new file assignments, evaluate liability and exposure, and develop case strategy
• Draft and revise pleadings, including verified complaints, answers, bills of particulars, affirmations, and memoranda of law
• Propound and respond to discovery, including demands, notices to produce, and deposition notices
• Conduct and defend depositions and examinations under oath, and prepare summary reports
