We are looking for a skilled and strategic Associate with 5–10 years of experience to join our Aboriginal Law Litigation and Specific Claims teams. The ideal candidate has experience with rights-based litigation, administrative tribunals, or regulatory hearings, and a commitment to advancing Indigenous legal issues.

Key Duties:

• Develop and execute litigation strategies in coordination with internal and external teams
• Work on litigation in Manitoba Court of Kings Bench
• Work on litigation in Specific Claims Tribunal and negotiations

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of litigation experience, with exposure to Aboriginal or constitutional law
