Job Description
The role involves close collaboration with partners and senior lawyers and will include:
Managing a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including breach of contract claims, company and shareholder disputes, and fraud‑related mattersConducting legal research and providing clear, strategic adviceDrafting inter‑partes correspondence, pleadings, evidence, and interim applicationsLiaising with counsel, experts, and other third partiesSupporting senior team members on large‑scale litigation and arbitration matters
