Description
A national law firm with a large San Diego presence is seeking a Litigation Assistant for its federally focused practice. This role is hybrid in downtown San Diego.
Care about representing individuals up against large corporations? Have a solid understanding of litigation in state and federal courts? This role may be for you!
Responsibilities:
+ Draft, format, and finalize legal documents and correspondence using firm-standard software (NetDocs).
+ Manage attorney time entries and process expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements.
+ Format pleadings and
+ Coordinate travel, manage calendars, and organize in-person/virtual meetings via Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
+ Maintain calendar for litigation deadlines.
+ E-file in state and federal courts.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
1. Strong eFiling skills, ideally in federal court strongly preferred.
