Linkedin Lead Generation & Personal Brand Manager

Hybrid (Cebu) | Reports to: CEO | Day Shift (7:00am - 4:00pm)

You own the CEO's LinkedIn presence end‑to‑end — driving network growth, daily engagement, and a consistent flow of qualified leads into the GoTeam sales pipeline. This role exists to turn LinkedIn into a predictable lead generation engine. You will manage everything from content scheduling and community engagement to cold outreach and CRM logging — ensuring no opportunity is missed, and every interaction moves the business forward.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• At least 2–3 years of experience managing LinkedIn for a personal brand, executive, or B2B business.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, organic outreach, and DM‑based lead generation.
