Purpose of the Role

This role is responsible for closely monitoring daily tasks related to order fulfilment progress, ensuring that picking, packing and invoicing are performed in a timely manner. The candidate will adhere to SOPs and company quality policies, ISO, GMP, GDP, GCP, CDPMD, client and regulatory requirements to align with company goals.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and release order waves according to the delivery schedule, strictly following the planned delivery date.
• Work closely with co‑workers to ensure all orders are picked, packed and handed over to the dispatch team on time.
• Check and monitor partial completed orders daily without delay.
• Ensure high accuracy of inventory in the system versus physical stock.
• Liaise with the facility team, SAP team and Dematic team for any system or technical issues.
