Position Overview
- To fulfil internal and external customer satisfaction and to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set by the superiors.
- To direct and coordinate the Daily Job Assignment of the total production by assigned line.
- Ensure all subordinates follow Daily Job Assignment
- To ensure all checklist & CCP been recorded on time.
- To ensure shop floor cleanliness and GMP been follow
- Ensure all checklists updated
- Ensure all established SOP followed
Job Requirements
- Willing to learn.
- Able to work 6 days per week, morning/ night shift.
- Fresh Graduates from Diploma/ Degree in Food Processing/Culinary/ QA/ QC are welcome to apply.
