Position Overview
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the preparation and cooking food for multi-unit operation following all established standards across Universal Kids Resort. Ensures quality food service, presentation and taste is always provided and consistent. Must be highly motivated and detailed orientated with a passion to deliver best in class food.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Prepares food in a timely fashion that is to the specifications of the recipe, including being aware of allergen information, using proper knife skills, and ensuring the quality of food meets Universal standards.
+ Follows proper State of Texas HACCP program and ServSafe certification and procedures, along with properly using the portion control tools and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
+ Performs daily operating procedures which include closing/opening, stocking, and helping unload deliveries. Assists Sous Chef as directed for inventory requests.
