Seeking Line Cooks for New Restaurant in Rhinebeck, NY

From the team behind INNESS, Lola Pizza, Ray’s Bar and Freemans, Little Goat is a new cafe, market and restaurant that  celebrates the beauty of farm-to-table dining in the Hudson Valley. We focus on vegetable-forward dishes, housemade pasta, local meats and freshly baked goods. We are looking for enthusiastic and talented line cooks to help bring this vision to life.

The Role:

• You are responsible for your station including proper mise en place, set up and execution of food items during service.
• Communication with Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to complete daily tasks as required.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintaining sanitation standards.
• AM and PM shifts available.
• Full-time and Part-time availability.
• Open 7 days/week
• Pay is commensurate with experience!
