REPORTS TO: Director of Dietary Services
SCHEDULE: On Call
PAY: $21.00 - $24.62
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Participates in provision of quality meals and nutritional services to patients, staff and guests
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Assemble and prepare food and snacks as directed
+ Prepares and serves meals for patients, employees and guests
+ Organize and deliver prepared food to patient areas
+ Properly process, store, and prepare food on a tight timeline
+ Maintain high level of kitchen sanitation related to food preparation, dish room activities and employee’s personal hygiene
+ Consistent documentation of food labeling, dating and kitchen procedures
+ Serve behavioral health patients and staff with a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times
+ Participates in activities which enhance professional growth and development
