OMB has won Charlotte's Top Workplaces three years in a row and offers an incredible culture for all team members. Our BrauHaus kitchen and outside Garden Grill are staffed seven days a week and support our regular food service, seasonal festivals, and frequent onsite private catered events. Our kitchen team is part of the daily tip-out pool too!
