Position Summary:
The Sushi Cook supports sushi bar operations through skilled preparation, knife work, and mise en place. This role works closely under the guidance of the Sushi Chef to deliver premium-quality sushi offerings while maintaining the precision and pace that defines MIRU’s service standard.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
+ Prepare fish, vegetables, and other ingredients according to exact specifications.
+ Assist in the assembly of rolls, nigiri, and sashimi under supervision.
+ Maintain a clean and sanitary work station throughout service.
+ Rotate stock and ensure all items are properly labeled and stored.
