Line Cook – Mercado (Elevated Fast Casual)

Mercado is hiring an experienced Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner featuring fresh salads, wraps, grain bowls, sandwiches, and grilled items in a counter-service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cook and prepare menu items (grill, sauté, breakfast, salads, sandwiches)
• Accurately cook proteins to proper temperatures is required
• Follow strict food safety and temperature control standards
• Maintain a clean and organized station
• Assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties
