$13-18/hr For hourly employees, we offer tip-pool earnings and access to company health insurance. Full-time employees (30+ hours) receive discounted health-insurance rates based on tenure, with highly competitive pricing. Employees enrolled in medical coverage also receive company-paid $20,000 life insurance. Additional benefits include food and merchandise discounts and one week of paid time off after two years.
