Summary
Line Cook will be working River Course, Kiawah Island Club location. The Kiawah Island Club is one of the premier private Clubs in the world. This position would include working a rotating schedule with the rest of the staff through the grill, saute, hot apps, raw bar, and garde manger stations. The kitchen is very busy at all times so cleanliness, punctuality, and a hard work ethic are a must. There is plenty of opportunity for moving around, learning as much as possible, being involved in daily specials, menu adjustments, and overall kitchen operations.
