Review LIMS lab-sheets for correctness of information regarding testing method, specifications, client contact name, highlight special requests, due date
Correct entries to lab-sheets or request them to be corrected by LIMS entry personnel
Communicate to clients any issues with sample, labeling or sample submissions
Request from client a new sample if sample received by SGS has a wrong label
Request revisions to methods/specification from Global LIMS team
Back up for sample entry in case of absence and too many samples receipt.
Keep his / her training records current; follow training SOP for training records
Enter charge back items and shipping costs to relevant samples in LIMS
