**Overview**

Element has an opportunity for a **LIMS Product Director** to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of a next-generation Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) supporting our Aerospace and Energy Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) operations.

This is a **product-centric leadership role** responsible for evolving LIMS into a scalable, modern platform that enables both destructive and non-destructive testing (DT/NDT) workflows across highly technical and regulated laboratory environments.

You will lead a cross-functional development organization building a modern LIMS ecosystem leveraging **Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and AI-enabled tools** —driving improved data integrity, operational efficiency, and speed-to-value for laboratory and business stakeholders.

**This is a hybrid role:** 3 days in our Blue Ash, Ohio location & 2 days remote
