Job Description Lifeline SIM partners with the nation's largest Lifeline service providers to help local communities access free and low-cost wireless service. Our role as a bridge between major service providers and the community underscores our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards. As a Lifeline Enrollment Supervisor, you will lead, recruit, and manage a team of at least three active Lifeline Enrollment Experts in your local area. You will be responsible for recruiting new agents, managing SIM inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping your team locate consistent, high-traffic enrollment locations within your community. Recruiting qualified agents is your number one priority.
