Role Summary

Sotogrande International School is seeking a dynamic and passionate Lifeguard/Backup Monitor to assume this role for our Summer Camps in Sotogrande. The main responsibility of the Lifeguard/Backup Monitor is to ensure the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of all campers, both in and out of the pool. As a certified lifeguard, you will supervise campers during pool time (usually three or four times a week), ensuring a safe and fun experience at all times. The role also involves acting as a key member of the monitors team, assisting with a wide range of camp activities and supporting staff as needed. You will cover for other monitors when they are off, help with group activities, and provide general support to ensure smooth camp operations.
