Developing event and segmentation-based retention and reactivation programmes built around contextual messaging, event triggers, and personalised guidance
Working with Product, Marketing, and Data to identify behavioural drop-offs and design interventions to reduce friction
Leading growth and engagement campaigns, product rollouts, seasonal moments, and ecosystem partnerships
Owning creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and narrative consistency across all touch-points
Managing campaign workflows, production timelines, approvals, and localisation by market
What Youll Need
5+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing
A solid understanding of user behaviour and funnel analytics
