Role Overview We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Executive who lives and breathes marketing automation. You’ll own our lifecycle marketing engine, building, executing, and optimising automated customer journeys that activate, retain, and grow our user base at scale.
Responsibilities - Design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS throughout the full customer lifecycle.
- Build, manage, and optimise automated journeys using our CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Segment audiences based on behaviour, demographics, and product usage to deliver personalised and relevant messaging.
- Conduct A/B testing and continually optimise campaigns for open rates, CTR, conversion, and retention.
