Position Overview
Job Description - Implement the operational requirements for Licensing, in line with the overall Licensing strategy, vision and goals.
- Work collaboratively with the Licensing team to ensure smooth and on-time delivery of services to applicants.
- Provide metrics and supporting documents to the Head of Licensing to support the monthly KPI reports.
Application Processing and Review - Review license applications for completeness, eligibility, and accuracy based on category-specific criteria.
- Validate submitted documentation and flag any inconsistencies or omissions for applicant correction.
- Assign license types based on operational descriptions provided by the applicant.
- Ensure reviews are completed within SLA timelines.
- Escalate unusual or ambiguous cases to the Head of Licensing for further guidance.
