Licensed Vocational Nurse (Lvn) Subs

On-Call hours vary between 3.75 - 5.75 hours/day BASIC FUNCTION: Under the general direction of the Director of Safety and Student Services, Site Administrator, and regular supervision of a credentialed school nurse, perform a wide range of technical and skilled nursing duties and provide physical care for Pre-K to age 22 students within the scope of practice for a Licensed Vocational Nurse; perform specialized health services for students in regular education and special education programs, provide community based instruction for students, communicate with parents, school sites, and district personnel on health related matters, assist with medical screening of students, disseminate health information, and provide emergency medical care.
