Job Summary
The Therapist works under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor/Manager and is responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, counseling, and support services for a diverse caseload including adults, adolescents, and families. Services may be provided via telehealth, outpatient offices, and/or community-based settings. Provides diagnostic assessments for individuals experiencing First Episode Psychosis (FEP), delivers evidence-based, specialized treatment as part of a Coordinated Specialized Care Team, including individual, family, and group therapy, as well as psychoeducation for ages 15–35. Supports improvement in functioning, coping skills, self-esteem, and vocational/educational outcomes. Develops Individual Service Plans and connects clients to services such as psychiatry, case management, and supported employment, ensuring integrated care at an appropriate level of intensity.
