Position Description

The LPN is a vital member of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. The LPN provides medication management, medication education, crisis intervention, medication administration to consumers of the ACT Team. The LPN is also responsible for following the orders of the team's prescribers to ensure the members are receiving adequate treatment and interventions.
