Job Summary:
As an LPN, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our clients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. All nurses participate in treatment team meetings and develop plans of care, administer medications and monitor effectiveness; other duties as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Record a patient's medical history accurately
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
• Prepare and administers urinalysis (drug test) collections and facilitates their collection from the lab.
