We are looking for multiple different RN or LPNs in the Wake County area.
Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Evaluates and treats clients with appropriate level of skill according to client's needs under the supervision of an RN, Clinical Manager.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
