OVERVIEW
Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients in the clinical setting by performing the following duties supporting the nursing philosophy. May be required to work alternate shifts and weekends as necessary at some clinic settings. Performs other duties as assigned.
Schedule : 36-hours per week
Shift : Days, Monday-Friday
Location : Family Practice at Mercyhealth Whitewater, Whitewater, WI
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Rooms patients, collects assessment data and prepares patient according to specific need.
  
• Collects patient data and documents in the medical record.
  
• Prepares and maintains patient charts.
  
• Assists in examination, treatment and other clinic procedures.
  
• Administers injections and medications as ordered and directed.
  
• Reviews physician's orders, lab requests, or follow-up needs with patient....
