The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care/Nursing Home and Transitional Care unit regulations and follows established policies and procedures for our welcoming Skilled Nursing Facility (TCU/LTC) in Lake City, MN
Nursing schedule includes;

• 48 hours every 2 weeks
• Night shift; 8 hour shift
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Full Benefit package eligible (medical, dental, paid time off, wellness reimbursement, education funding, matching retirement)
• LPN student load reimbursement program; up to $2,000 year/over 5 consecutive years.
