Requirements:
• Graduated from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
• Current license as an LPN in the workplace state.
• 3 years of experience as an LPN
• Bachelor's Degree
• Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
Description:
This is a LPN position for IDD Day Program Center Mon - Fri 9:00am - 2:30pm . Med Pass, Administer G Tube feedings, Assessments, Medical Documentation, Computer Skills, Filing, Lifting/Transferring, Pushing Cart. Assist in nursing office and Physician office (located at the same site as the program). Some house visits to group homes. Duties as assigned.
