Position Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for professional nursing care to clients. This role works closely with Registered Nurse, clinicians, administrative staff, and insurance companies to support the financial and operational health of the organization.



Essential Job Functions


+ Assist with pre-certification processes for insurance clients, as directed

+ Perform and document initial and ongoing nursing observations of each patient’s physical and mental status in accordance with program protocols, using interview techniques and basic assessment skills; promptly report findings to the RN or physician
