About the Role
The role of the LPN is to provide administrative and clinical support to the Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners of the practice. The RN position requires a highly organized individual who can safely manage more than one task at a time and move efficiently throughout varied responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing

• The LPN directs M.D. and/or midlevel providers' patient schedule throughout the day.
  
• The LPN greets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner and escorts the patient to the examination room.
  
• Schedules patient appointments and medical procedures (x-rays and diagnostic testing) in the EMR under the direction of the medical staff.
  
• Obtains prior authorizations for medications and completes disability paperwork.
  
• Ensures surgical scheduling worksheet is complete and send to the surgical scheduler.
