Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Position Overview
The Ambulatory Clinical Support team member (LPN) supports providers in a fast-paced primary care and walk-in environment. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with clinical workflows, and ensuring efficient daily operations within the practice.
Providers include MDs (Emergency Medicine & Primary Care), DOs, and Nurse Practitioners, collectively serving approximately 100 patients per day.

Key Responsibilities

+ Room and prepare patients for provider visits

+ Obtain vital signs and document clinical information in EMR

+ Perform patient triage and assist with patient flow
