**Position Type** : On-going contract with the opportunity for full time offer
**Schedule** : Per Diem, day shifts 6:00AM – 2:30PM, evening shift 2:30PM – 10:00PM

**Pay** : $20 per hour weekday, $21 per hour weekend

**Responsibilities of the LNA** :

· Assist residents with daily living activities

**Qualifications** **of the LNA** :

• High school graduate or GED equivalent

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant Certification

• One year of experience in long term care / residential living facility
