Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as an LMT
- Friendly
- Reliable
- Enthusiastic
- Current License to practice Massage Therapy in Oregon
- Current Malpractice Insurance
- Type 1 NPI Number
- Effective communication skills

Ashiatsu Massage a plus
