Licensed alcohol and drug counselor responsible to provide direct patient care to individuals struggling with an alcohol and/or drug addiction. Facilitate group counseling. Complete a treatment plan within the 6 dimensions with each patient. Complete an intake to a 245g program meeting all requirements. Work within a collaborative care team.
