・Initiate outreach to and build relationships with licensors holding IP rights for anime, films, and character properties ・Negotiate and coordinate licensing standards, usage terms, and contractual conditions ・Acquire licensing approvals for film distribution and character-based product commercialization in the Vietnamese market ・Manage and ensure compliance with guidelines related to character image, design, trademarks, and design rights ・Propose product planning and IP utilization strategies in collaboration with consumer goods, toy, and food manufacturers ・Coordinate closely with internal sales, marketing, and planning teams to manage project execution Maintain existing licensor relationships and develop long-term strategic partnerships
