Responsibilities - Process License Application Form
- Put up License submissions to the Authority
- Track submissions approved by the Authority
- Prepare drafts, verify payments from applicants
- Meet Applicants for handover and takeover
- Update master list and track License status, expiry, renewal and refund of security deposits
Requirements - Degree or Diploma in Events and Venue management or Marketing or Hospitality and Tourism or Communications or Business
- Experience in events and venue management, marketing, hospitality, customer service management, call centre management or quality service management
- Experience in data analytics and/organisation development preferred
