Core Responsibilities
Strategic Planning : Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to formulate and execute long-term strategic plans.
Operational Management : Assist the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, departments, and teams to ensure efficient business processes.
Business Expansion : Guide Retail and Institutional Dealing teams in expanding existing business and marketing to new potential clients.
Market Development : Evaluate new business opportunities and oversee the opening of new branches.
Policy Implementation : Establish and implement all activities, policies, and procedures regarding dealing, trading, and marketing.
Regulatory Liaison : Maintain strong relationships with regulators to ensure operations align with industry standards.
Requirements
