Compliance & Audit Management

• Conduct licensing compliance reviews, audits, and assessments for new and existing customers.
• Analyze customer usage data against contractual entitlements to detect gaps or unauthorized use.
• Educate customers on proper licensing requirements, compliance risks, and remediation options.
• Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations in a clear, professional manner.
• Convert compliance findings into commercial opportunities by recommending appropriate licensing solutions or upgrades.
• Develop proposals, quotations, and licensing packages aligned with customer needs and compliance outcomes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support renewal cycles, upsell opportunities, and strategic account growth.
• Negotiate remediation agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial business outcomes.
