Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations and administration of the Library
- Liaise with relevant divisions on facilities management, IT and security matters
- Operate the Library Management System eg. book borrowing, book search,circulation, cataloguing
- Manage the inter-library loans to support the information needs for library users
- Answer enquiries received from all channels, including walkβin users, by telephone and through emails (internal & external).
- Library information guides: develop / update guides/information flyers for use by Library users
- Maintain online content on the Librarys webpage to ensure that all resources uploaded are accessible, relevant and up-to-date
- Processing library items on the LMS including barcoding all library items and attach holdings, process weeding as instructed by the Librarian
