Duties include delivering children s activities such as Bookbug sessions, Chatterbooks, reader development activities, supporting public access to IT, general front line customer services and operating the library management systems. Educated to good general standard, you should have good interpersonal skills combined with relevant customer service experience of working with a wide range of customers.
