Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government offices and local authorities for licenses, approvals, registrations, and renewals.
- Follow up on trade licenses, FSSAI, Labour, Fire, GHMC, Pollution Control, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain good relationships with external officials and agencies.
- Handle documentation, submission, and collection of approvals and certificates.
- Support outlet/factory operations in resolving local authority issues.
- Visit government offices regularly for follow-ups and compliance work.
- Maintain records of all licenses, renewals, and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with legal, admin, HR, and operations teams whenever required.
- Ensure timely renewal of all licenses and permits.
