Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize filing systems for legal documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Process and manage legal documents, including permits and immigration papers.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of legal documents for submission.
- Coordinate the notarization of documents as required.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and government agencies to facilitate legal processes.
- Perform both administrative duties in the office and fieldwork as needed.
Qualifications
- College graduate
- With own motorcycle / must possess a motorcycle and have access to it for fieldwork
- Willing to work in office and on field
- Minimum of six (6) months of related work experience in legal or administrative capacity
- Must be willing to work in Paranaque City
