Job Objectives:
- To coordinate with government agencies such as BIR and City Hall.
- To ensure 100% compliance and timely filing to the BIR rules and regulations.
- To maintain the confidentiality of documents and transactions being handled.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organizes and prepares files for the compliance of permits.
- Obtain approval of permits to BIR and City Hall.
- Submit and pick-up documents to various agencies as needed for the BIR and City Hall processing.
- Build partnerships and liaise to determine services and develop solutions that may arise.
Job Specifications:
- College degree related to customs or administrative field is an advantage.
- Must have good service delivery skills.
