Position Overview

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision of the school site Principal and/or the Washoe County School District Department of Family-School Partnerships, the Family Graduation Advocate Liaison I will provide services primarily to a specific caseload of WCSD families to monitor their child's academic progress, access support services, effectively communicate with teachers and other school staff in order to support students to remain on the pathway to graduation. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Family Engagement & Academic Support 
Supports school-site and central office personnel by working primarily with a designated caseload of families to monitor academic progress and promote on-track graduation.
