Position Overview
1. 负责酒店前台及大堂区域的宾客接待、问询、引导与礼宾服务统筹管理,保障服务流程规范、高效、温馨;
2. 指导并监督礼宾员执行行李寄存与运送、车辆调度、信息咨询等日常服务工作;
3. 协调处理宾客突发需求及一般性投诉,及时上报并配合相关部门妥善解决;
4. 维护大堂区域服务形象与秩序,确保服务设施完好、环境整洁、标识清晰;
5. 参与服务标准培训与质量检查,持续优化礼宾服务流程与客户体验。
1. 大专及以上学历,旅游管理、酒店管理、会展经济与管理等相关专业优先;
2. 具备1年及以上高星级酒店礼宾或前厅服务工作经验,有主管/领班经验者优先;
3. 熟悉酒店服务标准与运营流程,具备良好的沟通协调能力、应变能力及团队协作意识;
4. 形象气质佳,普通话标准,具备基础英语会话能力。
