**Substitute Teachers K-12**

**We are hiring substitute teachers in Lewiston-Altura Public Schools. No previous experience is required!**

Remember that educator who made a difference in your life? Now it’s your turn! Substituting is an excellent opportunity to be a mentor and help students become the best versions of themselves. Substitutes are essential in ensuring students continue to learn and grow every day. Substitute teachers may also be referred to as substitute educators, guest teachers or relief teachers.

**Minimum requirements:**

+ Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) Substitute Teaching License OR Tier 3 or 4 Teaching License
+ If you are not yet licensed, but hold a Bachelor’s degree in any subject, you are eligible to apply for licensure! Let us know and we can help connect you with the MDE.
