Are you a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a primary school setting? We are seeking a motivated and experienced TA to join our friendly Reading primary school, supporting children in their learning journey and helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide targeted support to pupils across the primary age range.
Assist teachers with lesson planning and classroom management.
Deliver engaging activities and support interventions where needed.
Promote independence, confidence, and positive learning habits.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Has experience supporting primary-aged children in the classroom.
Is patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively.
